History

The Seneca War Eagles was started in 2005 by Tim Roach. He coached 2 teams for two years and also offered winter workout clinics for any youth that wanted to participate. Tim Gimbel was his assistant coach. Brad Jankowski was the programs second head coach to join the War Eagles with assistance from Dean Egan and Mike Pavlik. The next year the War Eagles grew again adding Jon Shevelew and Joel Albano to the coaching staff.

The War Eagles started an Executive Board and continued to grow the program into what it is today. The Seneca War Eagles is a volunteer organization which also depends on parent involvement to help with certain aspects of the organization.

Mission

Their main objective is to bring the youth of the Seneca High School sending district an opportunity to play baseball competitively. We work hard to instill skills to prepare the players to play at the high school level and teach a few life lessons along the way.

The War Eagles continue to offer youth an affordable opportunity to play at a more competitive level and experience national tournaments including a trip to Cooperstown for the 12u teams.

The Seneca War Eagles field teams from 8u-17u in the fall and spring seasons.
